Alphajet 8/8X

Blasting machine with remote control, CE marked, with an 8-litre tank, built and tested according to current European PED regulations at our Lainate factory, for a max working pressure of 8 bar. The sandblaster is supplied with:

• manual tank closure for working at low pressures (from 0.1 bar)
• safety valve with certification
• pressure gauge
• pressure regulator system to increase or decrease working pressure according to the harder or softer surface to be treated
• loading hopper complete with sieve screen
• loading feeder
• wheels for easy movement
• sensor for remote control complete with hoses for working at a distance of 4 m (blasting gun for the "HANDGUN" version)
• abrasive adjustment valve, with pneumatic opening/closing system Mod.PRV5, to obtain a very fine and precise adjustment of the quantity of inert (lever valve for the Alphajet 8X model)
• vibration system for the use of any inert material, even very fine (only for the Alphajet 8 model)
• remote control sensor complete with hoses for working at a distance of 4 metres
• abrasive loading valve and pressure tank
• working kit consisting of 4 m. abrasive hose dia. 13×21 mm connected
• tungsten carbide core-type nozzle with hole dia. 3 mm (max. compressed air consumption in lt./min. 550 approx. at 7 BAR)
• EC declaration of conformity and instruction manual for use and maintenance drawn up in accordance with current regulations
