Alphajet 60/60 hydro

Sandblasting machine equipped with a triple pneumatic remote control, with CE marking relative to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, having a tank with a capacity of 60 litres built and tested - in accordance with the current European standard 2014/68/EU (PED) with our Certification No. 1131 - at a design pressure of 12 bar at the Protech factory. The sandblaster is supplied complete with:

• manual tank closure for working at low pressures (from 0.1 bar)
• handhole for easy tank inspection
• safety valve with certificate
• sieve screen
• solid rubber wheels for easy movement
• abrasive and/or inert adjustment valve, with pneumatic opening/closing system Mod.PRV6, to obtain a very fine and precise adjustment of the amount of inert
• vibration system for the use of any inert material, even very fine ones
• exhaust silencer
• pressure regulator system to increase or decrease working pressure according to the harder or softer surface to be treated
• moisture trap Mod. Q05 new capable of treating 5000 lt/min. of compressed air, complete with filter element and fittings
• sandblasting cycle start and stop control consisting of an aluminium handle valve equipped with a safety locking system and pneumatic circuit with double sheathed hose to prevent accidental start-up
• remote control to normalise the air-abrasive mixture flow from the work point when it is irregular or nil due to condensation
• remote control for opening and closing the abrasive valve independently of the start and stop of the sandblaster. The operator thus has the possibility of stopping the flow of abrasive, from where it is, before the machine stops and eliminating the initial clogging of the abrasive tube, even over long distances, or cleaning the sandblasted piece by blowing
• kit for aero-hydro blasters mod. WBK10 (only for model Alphajet 60 hydro)
• mt. 20 of sheathed hoses for remote controls complete with fittings
• EC declaration of conformity and instruction manual for use and maintenance drawn up in accordance with current regulations
