The Alpha 24/24X B7000 sandblasting systems are an excellent solution for those who need a complete, easy-to-use and high-performance system that guarantees the possibility of performing sandblasting jobs such as:

• sandblasting of calaminated, rusted or old paint-covered metal structures
• cleaning and restoration of exposed brick, stone, marble and granite parts from deposits of dirt, smog, old paint, graffiti, limestone and of wooden parts from deposits of dirt and smog.
• restoration of vintage cars or maintenance and/or cleaning of parts in the nautical and naval sector
• cleaning of moulds, welding beads and copper, brass, aluminium or stainless steel artefacts
• execution of indelible lettering on surfaces made of all kinds of materials (glass, marble, wood, plastic, etc.)

Alpha 24/24X B7000 blasting systems generally consist of:

• sandblasting machine mod. Alphajet 24 (or 24X depending on the system) complete with 10 m of abrasive tube and nozzle with dia. 4 mm (remote control in HANDGUN version)
• air extension 5/30 consisting of 5 m of air hose dia. 19×30 mm connected for compressor-sandblaster connection
• complete hood mod. RC4 with 1 set of normal wear parts (no. 1 aerosol filter + no. 10 glasses 100×140 mm)
• lubricated piston compressor with internal combustion engine (petrol-powered) and a power output of 14HP (1,200 l/min of sucked air)
