Blasting machines for plants

Each blasting chamber, depending on size and production requirements, is equipped with one or more sandblasting machines complete with remote control (double or triple) and tested (depending on the model) for a working pressure of 8 to 12 bar.

The sandblasting machines are equipped with a watertight upper silo containment band. This allows the sandblaster-silo loading area to be completely insulated, preventing abrasive leakage to the outside.

Each sandblaster installed in a plant is equipped with a remote start/stop control with a safety system and a second remote control that allows the abrasive flow to be interrupted, so that blowing operations can be carried out on the workpieces directly from the sandblasting lance.

Each sandblaster is also equipped with:

• safety solenoid valve attached to each chamber entrance door, designed to stop blasting whenever the doors are accidentally or deliberately opened
• pressure switch connected to the switchboard for the measurement of actual blasting hours by the operator
