Advanced partial recovery

This solution involves a transversal collection hopper - as long as the width of the cab - inside which:

• a motorised unidirectional auger is fitted to convey all the recovered abrasive to a bucket elevator
• adjustable chutes are installed to prevent clogging of the auger during recovery, as well as its overloading by correctly adjusting the intensity of the abrasive falling on the auger

In stainless steel shot peening plants, the selector is made of stainless steel, the selection is pneumatic and - before storage in the silo - the abrasive passes through a magnetic grid that retains any ferrous impurities.
